Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, and other available communication channels. We recommend confirming the time and number of guests in advance.

2. Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who disturb public order or create discomfort for other visitors.

4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform our staff in advance about any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kazakhstani tenge. Payment is accepted in cash and by bank card unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
